Open a cabinet's front view by double clicking it. Right click an unoccupied spot in the cabinet and select Place component.
Select a component definition from your catalog and place an instance in the cabinet by clicking the desired position. Once you are done, click Create to finish the process.
Alternatively use drag&drop from the catalog section in the sidebar to populate cabinets.
Once all components are placed, you can proceed to adding connections.
