Remote Support

This pages describes how to use the remote support function in Pathfinder.

Select the Remote Support option from the support section.

You can allow remote support for Pathfinder here.


 

  1. You need to have teamviewer installed on your device.

  2. You need to have the remote support module for Pathfinder installed.

To allow remote support, share your ID and password with your Pathfinder support team member to initiate the remote log in via teamview into your device.
