You can use the component designer to define how your component definition will look like; e.g. you can position ports and slots according to the real exterior.
To design your component please take the following steps:
- Navigate to the component definition in the catalog (1).
- Go to detailled information and click on on the tab view (2) and the button design (3).
- The component designer will open in a new window (4).
- Position ports or slots by Drag&Drop. You can make further changes (e.g. turns) to every element via the context menu (right click). Je Element können Sie über das Kontext-Menü (rechte Maustaste) weitere Einstellungen vornehmen (z.B. drehen). if you cannot edit certain elements, click on the button design mode.
- Click apply to save your changes.
