The building properties consist of the following fields:
Name: Assign a name to your building infrastructure.
Short name: Create a short name to quickly find your infrastructure.
Description: Write a description about the building.
Street: The street address of your building.
ZIP code: the postal code of your building.
City: The name of the city your building is in.
Latitude: Your building’s geographical position (Lat).
Longitude: You building’s geographical position (Long).

Bookmark: Shareable bookmark link for browsers.
Documents: This field has an extended menu which allows adding and deleting flies and documents .
Permissions: Create read and Write authorization for users.
Once you have created a building, you can add floors.
From the create new building window, click on the add floor button (1) to add a floor inside the building. Click on OK to finish.
You can view the nested infrastructure and components in this section (2). Double click on an infrastructure on open its properties.
You can also upload documents from the Documents tab, review the history and scan the barcode to print the label for this infrastructure.
First enter the data of the new building (name, address etc.).
It is possible to attach documents to a building, e.g. contact files. To do so press the red + (3) in the documents tab (2).
In the top right corner you can find the automatically generated QR code (4), which can be printed.
Click create to finish the process.
