Double click on an IP address in the subnet to open this dialog window.

You can manage the IP host information here.

 

You can write a description about the IP address. You can assign an IP status and type. You can assign host information and the MAC address as well (1).

You can also view the component that this IP address is assigned to here (2). Double clicking on this will position you to that component instance in Pathfinder.

You can delete an assigned component and view component and cable instances here (3).
