The infrastructure properties consist of the following fields:
Name: Name your location or infrastructure.
Short name: Create a short name to quickly find your location or infrastructure.
Street: The street address of your location or building.
ZIP code: the postal code of your location or building.
City: The name of the city your location or building is in.
Latitude: Your location or building’s geographical position (Lat).
Longitude: You location of building’s geographical position (Long).
View mode: Choose between three options. View your buildings on the map, inside your location or view your building inside a custom background or both.

Bookmark: Shareable bookmark link for browsers.
Documents: This field has an extended menu which allows adding and deleting flies and documents .
Permissions:
Once you have created a location, you can add a building in that location.
From the create new location window, click on the add building button (1) to add a building. Click on apply to finish. This step can be repeated in the next window for creating buildings to create a floor and so on until a cabinet, rack or component has been placed inside a room.

You can also upload documents from the Documents tab, review the history and scan the barcode of this infrastructure.
First enter the data of the new location (name, address etc.).
It is possible to attach documents to a location, e.g. contact files. To do so press the red + (3) in the documents tab (2).
In the top right corner you can find the automatically generated QR code (4), which can be printed.
Click create to finish the process.
