This wizard is a tool to manage user groups.

  • This wizard generates a list of all existing groups (1).
  • by clicking on "create group" you can open a new user group. Remove groups with "delete" (2). 
  • Select the group you would like to work on and click "next". You can also double click that group to go to the next window.

Create or delete groups

  • In the next step, you can enter new user names and descriptions or edit existing ones.
  • Once you finished entering data or changing entries, click "next".

 Edit group properties

  • Now you assign the group to users. When you click in the respective field, the corresponding box will be ticked or de-selected and all users will be displayed. To create ne new users, use the function "manage users"
  • finish with "next".

Assign group to users

  • In the enxt next step, you define the privilges of the group. You can remove or reset privileges.
  • Now click on "finish".
