A location in Pathfinder is a defined geographical area, e.g. an industry park, company site or university campus. You can allocate any number of buildings containing floors and rooms to a location and also manage several locations at a time. At the upper left corner of the initial screen you find an overview of all your locations.
Add a location, building, floor, rooms and control cabinets
You can add a location with "add location" in the infrastructure section. Enter a name and short description as well as the address. The new location will appear on the initial screen when you have entered your data and pressed "apply".
Add a location
Now you can change the appearance of the location by importing floor plans from AutoCAD or other image file (.jpg, .gif) by right clicking on "background" -> "load".
